Before surgery, this patient had unbalanced double eyelids and hollow eyes due to the insufficiency of fat in eyelids.
For bigger and clear parallel double eyelids, we had done surgery magic epicanthoplasty and non-incisional double
eyelid surgery .
To form parallel(outline) double eyelids, removal of epicanthal fold (mongolian fold) is very important and essential
because it affects a lot to the shape of medial double eyelid.
These pictures show improvement of sunken eyelids after fat graft on eyelids.
After the surgery her eyes are now balanced with natural looking parallel double eyelids.
